Standard Delivery – We charge a standard contribution for postage & packing of £3.95 per order regardless of the number of items. Funzees are normally delivered within 5 working days but during the Christmas period delivery may take much longer. We will publish the last date to guarantee Christmas delivery on the web-site. Orders received after this date may be delivered in January. Please bear in mind when completing the Shipping Address that orders may require a signature on receipt.
Express Delivery – next day delivery is available for an additional £6 per order(in addition to the standard delivery charge) if we receive details by midday. Note; this applies to business days, so items ordered over the weekend may be dispatched on Monday. Express Delivery does not guarantee delivery at the week-end so items ordered . on a Friday are not guaranteed for Saturday.

“No Quibbles” Returns/Refunds
You may return any item within 14 days of receipt if you are not happy with it (this is extended to 45 days for items bought as gifts during November/December, so funzees bought for Xmas can be refunded as long as they are sent back to us “as new” by the end of the first week in January). Please make sure you include your contact details with the item and the order number. If you require a different size or style please place a new order, return the incorrect item and you will be refunded in full.
As requested, we will issue a refund if the terms of return are adhered to.
Please note, the goods are your responsibility until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the goods using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and provides you with proof of posting (such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery).We do not refund P&P costs unless an incorrect or faulty item was sent. Refunds will be made to the original account on which the purchase was made – allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear.

Refunds will only be made if items are returned to us within 14 days of receipt of the goods (45 days for November/December gift purchases).
Unfortunately, we will not refund items which are returned to us after the 14 (or 45) days period.
(We cannot make a refund for goods which have been stained by make-up, deodorant or perfumes whist being tried on or have been damaged by you after receipt. Items must be returned neatly folded and in a saleable condition. If we believe that reasonable care has not been taken of items in your possession we will contact you by email and may not be able to make a full refund for goods.)

All prices are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus the delivery charge.
