"No Quibbles" Returns/Refunds

You may return any item within 14 days of receipt if you are not happy with it (this is extended to 40 days during November/December). Please make sure you include your contact details with the item and make it clear whether you require an exchange or refund.

If requested, we will issue a refund (which will not include the costs of delivery) if the terms of return are adhered to.

Please note, the goods are your responsibility until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the goods using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and provides you with proof of posting (such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery).We do not refund P&P costs unless an incorrect or faulty item was sent. Refunds will only be made to the paypal account on which the purchase was made – allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear.

Refunds will only be made if items are returned to us within 14 days of receipt of the goods (40 days for November/December purchases).

Unfortunately, we will not refund items which are returned to us after the 14 (or 40) days period.

(We cannot make a refund for goods which have been stained by make-up, deodorant or perfumes whist being tried on or have been damaged by you after receipt. Items must be returned neatly folded and in a saleable condition. If we believe that reasonable care has not been taken of items in your possession we will contact you by email and may not be able to make a full refund for goods.)

Delivery Info

UK

Standard Delivery - We charge a standard contribution to postage & packing of £2.95. Items are normally delivered within 5 working days (2nd class, Royal Mail, recorded delivery) but during the Christmas period delivery may take much longer. We will publish the last date to guarantee Christmas delivery on the web-site. Orders received after this date will be delivered in January. Please note all orders require a signature on receipt.

Express Delivery - next day delivery is available for an additional £6 if orders are received by midday. Please choose this option at the bottom of the order form if you need this. Note; this applies to business days, so items ordered over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.

REST OF THE WORLD
We do not currently deliver outside the UK but email us and we will try and get a price.

Payment

We do not receive or hold any of your financial details. We accept Paypal which offers you various ways to pay us including most debit/credit cards, or by echeque - find out more about ways to pay for your purchases at www.paypal.com.

All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus the delivery charge.
